How to Apply to the Arroyo S.E.C.O. Network of Time Banks

To apply for membership to the Arroyo S.E.C.O Network of Time Banks make sure you live or work in one of the designated neighborhoods. Pasadena, Altadena, North East Los Angeles, Echo Park, Silverlake, Los Feliz, Glendale, Lincoln Heights, Boyle Heights, Downtown Los Angeles, Westlake, West Adams and Koreatown.

Step one: Register and fill out the on-line application form by clicking here, Apply for Membership. If you do not know a current member please provide two references. Applications are reviewed once a month by a committee of members. Upon acceptance, a coordinator will contact you inviting you to a new member orientation. We encourage you to review the Member Guidelines before applying.

Step Two: Your account will be activated at the orientation. You can then log in and set up your account, post offers and requests and search for services. Watch this demo on our Community Weaver software.

Step Three: We ask that members make a suggested donation of any amount. No one will be turned away for lack of funds. We are volunteer run and donations help us cover the cost of the software subscription and other expenses involved in running the Time Bank. Visit the Donate page for more info.
